With the launch of the Seventh Season of CRAVE Italy, the bilingual platform conceived and led by Samantha Ferro, the commitment to serving as a bridge between Italy and America is renewed — with particular attention to the Italian community in California, the West Coast, and throughout the wide jurisdiction of the Consulate General of Italy in San Francisco.

The inaugural episode featured Consul General Massimo Carnelos and Deputy Consul General Davide Corriero, who together highlighted the importance of consular activities as a vital tool for community engagement. On this occasion, the new Assistance Desk, created to support Italian citizens residing in or visiting the area, was presented with remarks from Massimo Costetti, President of COMITES San Francisco.

Joining live from Milan, Iacopo Gori, journalist for Corriere della Sera, provided an analysis of current events in Italy, enriching the conversation with a perspective directly from the homeland.

The Italian Cultural Institute of San Francisco, represented by Director Alberta Lai, reaffirmed the role of cultural initiatives and events in promoting Italy’s image around the world.

The Consulate General of Italy in San Francisco, through its Director of Education Daniela Mazza, emphasized the importance of promoting the Italian language abroad. This season marks the relaunch of the “Italian Language Corner”, led by Arianna Guadagnoli, a segment dedicated to inspiring the study and appreciation of the Italian language.

CRAVE Italy’s culinary space also returns in this seventh season, opening with Viola Buitoni, chef and food writer, who brings her unique take on Italian stories, flavors, and culinary traditions. Throughout the season, the segment will be further enriched by new guests and experiences.

“CRAVE is not just a program but a platform for storytelling and connection — a space where every heart finds a home, every dream comes to life, and every passion is celebrated,” says Samantha Ferro, Founder and Executive Producer.

This vision also inspired the new CRAVE Italy logo, designed by Creative Director and Designer Simone Mazzetto, symbolizing a fresh chapter for the platform.

CRAVE Italy is available in both audio and video formats on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, iHeartRadio, and on the official website 🌐 www.craveshow.com.
