Hannah Montana co-creator Michael Poryes has been named the Peter and Rosemary Casey Executive Fellow for Spring 2026. All interested are invited to attend “A Conversation with Michael Poryes: The Creative Career in the Age of AI” on Tuesday, May 5 at 3:30-4:45 p.m. in MH 224. Come with questions!
The Executive Fellow program was established by the generous support of Broadcast and Electronic Communication Arts alumni Peter and Rosemary Casey. Mr. Casey pursued a career in television writing rising to co-create and co-produce the hit show Frasier.
Mr. Poryes’ credits include co-creating and co-producing TV shows Hannah Montana, That’s So Raven and Raven’s Home.
