SFSU Alum and Director, Michael J. Payton, will be joining on campus for a screening of his Docuseries 'The Murder Inc. Story', currently airing on BET, followed by a Q & A with SFSU students!

Payton's work ethnographically examines hiphop's gender politics and critical media literacy. He is a former CSU Executive Fellow in the CA Governor's office and Founder/CEO of CSUITEMUSIC.

Payton's work linking popular culture, policy, and research began in his creative projects in classes at SFSU. Join us to hear more about his #Campus2Career journey.
