Bria is a Bay Area native who grew up in Fairfield, CA and has over 10 years of radio broadcasting experience and is certified in Project Management. She earned her Associate’s Degree from Solano Community College where she was mentored by Greg Poff and started her television broadcasting and radio hosting career through the community colleges’ sports programs. She has also worked with Vallejo Access Television and has hosted live sports broadcasting segments. After much success at Solano, Bria transferred to San Francisco State University where she focused on radio broadcasting and audio production; she hosted a 3 person sports show ‘Rounding 3rd’ and her own radio show ‘Bee’s Lounge’ both through BECA’s KSFS Radio station and was also was the Promotions Manager for KSFS. She has also interned for CBS in their Radio Sales department. After graduating from the BECA department with her B.A. degree in 2015, Bria returned to the BECA department and graduated with her M.A. degree in 2019.

Through her career Bria has been able collaborate and work with a variety of people including but not limited to Better Call Saul scriptwriter Heather Marion, hip-hop artist/songwriter G-Eazy, Vallejo native/artist Nef The Pharaoh, and 49ers quarterback McLeod-Bethel-Thompson. When Bria is not working she enjoys playing Apex Legends, reading fiction and non-fiction books, spending time with her family and dog Shadow. Bria’s ultimate goal is to ensure that student’s representation and diversity are shown both in the classroom but also acknowledged throughout the media industry both in television and in radio.
