Students from BECA 580 - Media in Community Service will have their first shoot of the semester at Saturday's Chinese New Year's Parade. The students are in the process of producing a video for the Community Response Team of the Community Youth Center (CYC), an organization that works with Asian and Pacific Islander youth in San Francisco. Two CYC groups - a hip hop group and a drill team - will march in the parade. The BECA 580 crew will catch the youth while they rehearse before the parade, and then follow their progress in the parade.
