Hooray — the NewTeeVee Live: Television Reinvented conference is going to be streamed live on Livestream! (Click post title to read more.) For those who can't afford or can't attend on Thursday 11/12, this is a perfect way to follow along; you can even watch on your iPhone. This is a really terrific conference with top-notch speakers covering "all facets of the old and new media landscapes, from the content creators to the distributors to the venues to the tech innovators to the revenues." If you'd like a sense of what the conference is like from a BECA perspective, here's my summary of the 2007 conference. I strongly encourage all of you media-makers and scholars to check it out!
